Sympatico Health Alliance is expanding their behavioral health team and is seeking mission-driven licensed clinicians who want their work to truly matter.
They serve adults and older adults in skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation settings, providing compassionate, high-quality behavioral health care where it’s needed most. If you’re passionate about meaningful clinical work and improving outcomes in long-term care, we’d love to connect.
Your Role
As a Therapist or Counselor with Sympatico Health Alliance, you will:
- Provide individual and group therapy for residents experiencing behavioral health concerns, emotional challenges, and substance use disorders
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and guide patients through their care journey
- Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers, nursing teams, and facility staff to deliver whole-person care
- Offer coaching and support to caregivers managing behavior-related concerns
- Deliver clinical services through a blend of on-site visits and telehealth, based on patient and facility needs
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related clinical field

Active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC (or equivalent credential in your state)
- Experience with substance use disorders, trauma, or co-occurring psychiatric conditions preferred
- Strong clinical documentation skills and a collaborative, compassionate approach to care
- Ability to travel to assigned facilities within your region
