A growing Skilled Nursing Facility is seeking an energetic, compassionate, and driven Physical Therapist (PT) to join its rehabilitation team. Great Compensation Plan!!!
This role is perfect for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping residents improve mobility, regain independence, and enhance their quality of life in a supportive long-term care environment.
Position Responsibilities:
- Perform physical therapy evaluations and create customized treatment plans
- Deliver high-quality therapy services to short-term rehab and long-term care residents
- Focus on improving strength, mobility, balance, and daily function
- Collaborate closely with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate residents and families on treatment plans and progress
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapist license
- Skilled Nursing or geriatric therapy experience preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Passion for resident-centered care
