As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee our housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas of our facility are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supervising and leading a team of housekeeping staff
- Developing and implementing cleaning schedules
- Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards
- Training new staff members on cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Ordering and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies
- Addressing any issues or concerns raised by residents or staff members
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
- Experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred

Compensation: $23.00 - $33.00 per hour
